FEE BOUNDARIES / 05
The service fee pays for route confirmation, drafting coordination, human review and completion guidance. It is not presented as an all-inclusive government cost.
Fixed before work starts. The selected scope is checked before drafting, and any route change is explained before an adjustment is made.
Notary, court, translation, legalisation, attestation and courier charges depend on the route and are identified separately.
Card payments are made only through poas.ae. We never request card details through WhatsApp, email or telephone.

Every selection is checked by the POA desk. If another route is required, we explain it and obtain approval for any fee difference before work begins.

Not always remotely. Current Dubai Courts guidance is that online POA attestation requires the parties to hold valid Emirates IDs; someone holding only a passport must attend in person before the notary, and a principal outside the UAE may instead need an in-person or foreign-notarisation and attestation route. We confirm the applicable route for your case before drafting.
Final acceptance always remains with the receiving institution. We reduce avoidable rejection risk by confirming the intended use, recipient requirements, scope and execution route before drafting.
Our target is preparation and coordinated notarisation by the next business day, once payment, complete documents, identity checks and draft approval are in place. It is a target, not a guarantee — the signing route, recipient requirements, supporting documents and private-notary or Dubai Courts capacity can extend it.
